NEW BEGINNINGS

This year I've made a commitment to myself to pursue my creative side with gusto and to that end I'm keeping a calendar journal. I'm using digital scrap booking to assemble thoughts, bits and pieces of ephemera, photos, clip art, memories ... all kinds of stuff. You'll see these pages popping up in the blog every once in a while. Take them as they come ... a memory of yours might be sparked; an idea might be challenged; a design might begin to percolate. You might even find a new way of thinking about something you never thought about before.
And, yes, those are the grandbabies with their first experience in the snow. I had found the quote, loved it, and couldn't think of anything more appropriate than Colin and Luci improving on what they already know about walking as they learn something new ... how to walk in the snow that is ... for their poor little short legs ... clear up to their knees. Not an easy task!
