The obvious is to set up two rows and then flip and offset the second row. Play with set sew order and order join to get the design sewing from left to right and then back across from right to left repeating for as many rows as needed to fit the quilt length.

BUT ... what else could you do to switch it up a little ??? I'm still playing and loving the possibilities.
